HIS DE Alt IKIES Pi OP lluTIt HLXl* BY THEIK FKIEXI).
Tin tear* nro upward to Cïotl*» tlirono ascending,
We wept bcsido the fount from fivo jet* streaming;
All God «ends down striven back to roach Him. O'er us
Ho let* seven star* pour forth their radiant gleaming,
Man's darkm-n* to annul their lustre lending,
And light whereby to decorato the Torus.
Hut when the eyes of man
Can that which is for him alono discover,
Then Him that All is, ho has comprehended.
Then tenrs and stars for him aliko are ended ;
Then is ho God's ; deceits and shams are over.
Meanwhile, let tears and stars, with scintillation,
Till those arc dried, theso set, maintain their station.
We, till the Lord's sign come, will pray with supplication.
