Sir Oliver de Cliffon remained the laft ; and, :when he had taken leave of the king, he returned to the apartment of the duke of Touraine, and alked, ' My lord, 1 you flay here to-night, or do you go to Pou-Jain's f This Poulain was treafurer to the duke of Touraine, and lived at the Croix du Tiroir, near the Silver lion.
