THIS EXPEDITION^
^f^HEN the fwcet feafon of fammar mi the K lightful month of May were come, in the year of our Lord 1387, while the duke of Lancafter was making conquefts in Galicia, and, in conjunction with the king of Portugal, overrunning Caftille without oppofidonj there were, as 1 before (aid, great preparations making in France for the inva-sion of England, by the conftable, at Treguier in Brittany, and by the count de St. Pol, the lord de Coucy and the admiral of France at Harfieur.
