* noble realm of Prance, how finely it is fitu-ated, and what numbers of cilies, towns and caftles it poffeffes, as well in the diftant parts as in the heart of the country. There are in tra-velling from Touloufe to Bordeaux, the under-neath rich towns, iituated on the Garonne, called Gironde at Bordeaux, Grenade, Verdun, St. Nicholas, Auvillas, Valence, Leirac, Agen, Porte St. Marie, Aguillon, Tonneins, Mar-mande, St. Baiile, la Réole, St. Macaire, Lan-gon, Cadillac, Ripns, Caftres. Then afcend-ing the Dordogne, which falls into the Garonne, are the following caftles: St. André, Libourne, Caftillon, St. Foy, Bergerac, Ip, Linde, Limeul, St. Cyprian, Dommes, Soulljac.
