Nay more, on the 2d May 1362, a palTport is granted by Edward III. to John Herying, the fervant of Johanna queen of Scotland, our fîfter, Fœdera ;—and, there-fore, I incline to follow Wallttgham, p. 179, who places her death in 13o\V—ANNALS. paired, B72
